General Terms, Conditions of Sale, Terms of Business


Internet sales at web shop and web site are serviced by the company Cantus Ltd, Berislavićeva, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT: HR35289396071. Cantus is registered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS: 080330941. The responsible person and member of the Management Board is Mirjana Matić, director.



These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or claiming goods offered on our web site.

The Seller of the goods offered on this site is Cantus Ltd, Berislavićeva 9, 10000 Zagreb, and the Buyer of goods is any visitor to the web shop who chooses at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.

The use of Cantus web shop service is granted only to citizens of legal age. Minors are not allowed to purchase goods through the Cantus webshop and their parents and/or guardians are required to take this into consideration, and will be held responsible for actions of their children. Cantus will not be held responsible for any consequences of such unauthorized use of the webshop.



Cantus tries to be as precise as possible in the product description, but cannot guarantee that the description, image, and technical data of the product are completely accurate.



Prices of products and postage are displayed in Croatian kuna (HRK), they contain VAT and are valid for all payment methods available at the moment of purchase. Sales invoices are calculated and issued exclusively in Croatian kuna according to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Prices and special offers (coupons, discounts, delivery methods, gifts ...) which are officially published on the day of the order are the only ones deemed valid. The Buyer will receive a valid invoice when paying for his order, and will be issued on the basis of the general sales terms published on this web page and accepted by the Buyer during the order process.



All payments are made in Croatia kuna. If you are making the order from outside Croatia, amounts charged on your credit or debit card will be converted to your local currency based on the valid exchange rate of the card company. As a result of price conversion, there is a possibility of small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.



Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The goods are ordered exclusively through the electronic form – online shopping cart. The buyer is required to enter his contact details and address(es) (invoice address and delivery address) to complete the order process. Products are considered to be ordered when the customer finishes the entire billing process (checkout process). Upon receipt of the order Cantus Ltd. will send a notice to the user about the receipt of the order to the email address that the user has indicated in the ordering process.

Cantus Ltd is obliged to deliver all available products. If some (or all) products are not available to deliver, they will contact the customer to arrange delivery of a replacement product or cancellation of the order.

Cantus Ltd it is obligated to send the order within 3 business days of the order confirmation.



By clicking the ‘Send order’ button, the buyer acknowledges that he is familiar with all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms of Sale and Terms of Business listed on this site, that he agrees with all the terms and that he was fully aware of them when registering and entering the purchase information.





The payment method is chosen by the Buyer during the order process: 

1)      credit and debit card payment – payment via DIners®, MasterCard® and Visa credit cards and Maestro debit card is possible through a secure, verified HT PayWay credit card authorization system.



2)      payment through bank transfer – when choosing this payment method, you will receive all the payment information required during your checkout process, including the account number and other details needed for the payment. 

After receiving the payment, we will send you the ordered products.

Cantus Ltd. is committed to providing personal data protection by collecting only the essential, basic customer/user information, necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform buyers on how their data will be used, we regularly give our customers the choice of using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is strictly kept private and only accessible to employees who are required handle them to fulfill their duties. All employees of Cantus Ltd and its business partners are responsible for adhering to the privacy principles.


Web shop delivers all products all over Croatia and abroad.
All products are sent to their recipients by Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta). The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when purchasing the product according to the Croatian Post Rates.
Ordinary delivery time on the territory of the Republic of Croatia is 3-5 working days depending on the dispatch of the shipment while the usual delivery outside the Republic of Croatia is 7-14 working days. If you believe your order is delayed, please let us know at or call us at 01/4825-360 and we will try to find out where your order is at the moment.
The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling. The buyer is obligated to check for possible damages when picking up the product and immediately let the delivery company know of any damages to the parcel, ie refuse to accept the shipment when visible damage is visible.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY THE CANTUS WEBSHOP webshop reserves the right to cancel the order when an item is out of stock, if the order has not been made in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions mentioned in this site or if there is an obvious error in the price list.
In some cases, due to the high demand, it is possible that some of the ordered products cannot be delivered, that is, some of the products in the offer are sold out. In this case, the buyer will be informed either by letter, email, call, SMS or otherwise, and of course will not be charged for the purchase of the sold-out item, his funds will be returned as soon as possible if the webshop cannot deliver purchased products.



The buyer is entitled to make a complaint within the statutory deadline. Complaints are sent by e-mail to with the subject: “COMPLAINT (order No.)”. In the case of a complaint, the Buyer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller to the specified address within the time agreed with the Seller. Complaints will be considered valid if the product review determines that it meets the terms of the complaint in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act of the Croatian law. The Seller is obliged to replace the product within 15 days from the date of receipt of a valid complaint or to refund the entire amount paid to the Buyer.


The customer of the webshop is entitled to all rights under the Consumer Protection Act of the Croatian law. The consumer has the right, without stating the reasons for this, to unilaterally terminate the purchasing contract within 14 days.
In the case of the conclusion of a purchasing contract, the time limit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall begin to run from the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer is delivered the product which is the subject of the said contract. 
In the case of a material defect in the product, the provisions of the Obligations Act on Liability for Material Disadvantages (Croatian Official Gazette No. 35/05, 41/08 and 78/15) shall apply.
If the merchant or the manufacturer gives a guarantee of the correctness of the sold product, he is obliged to fulfill the obligations prescribed by the Obligations Act on the Guarantee for the Correctness of the Sold Items as well as the obligations assumed by the Warranty.
