This piano composition, with its wordplay title, offers
various meanings that are connected and integrated into
a whole. According to the composer, in addition to the
association of repetitive small scenes, ReMiniScences also
features transformations of certain fragments from the
past. The work was commissioned by pianist Mia Elezović,
to whom it is also dedicated, and it was first recorded on
her album Mi (transl. “We”) with other works by Croatian
female composers (Cantus 2021). Mia Elezović premiered
the piece in 2020 at the Piano Miniatures concert, as part
of the Theatre Night program in the Osijek Cultural Centre.
