The album HIGH SPIRITS serves as a concrete proof of their careers in the ensemble, reflecting the interest of Croatian composers of various generations for the Trio, then a serious approach of authors to the compositions created for the ensemble, and a diversity of content that the ensemble musicians inspired with their results as well as a high quality of performance. The selection of compositions featured on the album illustrates the continuity ranging from the generation of composers following the Second World War to the new authors in Croatian music of the 20th and 21st centuries.
