This is an Urtext edition based upon the autograph fair copy that is stored at the Croatian Music Information Centre. It is an exceptionally neat and commensurate manuscript in composer’s hand consisting of 37 numbered pages along with the title page. Besides the information on the composer’s name, work title and individual movement titles, the title page includes a dedication to harpsichordist Smiljka Isaković and cites Tribunj as the location of origin of the work. The latter information is again put forward on the last page of the manuscript, just beneath the final bar of the fugue, citing end the date and place of the work’s origin: [Tribunj, 09/05/1986]. ...
